1. Service Scope & Inspection

Diagnostics: Our technicians conduct thorough hardware and circuit-level assessments to identify faults in television panels, backlight arrays, mainboards, and power supplies.

Repair Approval: Work will only proceed once an estimate or service plan has been agreed upon.

Component Replacement: When replacing faulty parts (such as LED strips, T-Con boards, or power modules), we utilize genuine OEM-grade or equivalent high-performance components.
2. Workmanship & Service Warranty

Warranty Coverage: Completed repair work and replaced internal components are backed by a limited workmanship warranty starting from the date of repair completion.

Exclusions: The warranty strictly covers the specific component or issue repaired. It does not cover new, unrelated hardware faults, physical screen damage, liquid ingress, user tampering, power surges, or lightning strikes occurring post-repair.
3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure that accurate equipment information is provided prior to repair.

It is the customer’s responsibility to retrieve or accept delivery of their repaired units within a reasonable timeframe once notified that the service has been completed.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, logo assets, headings, textual materials, graphics, and design elements featured on this website are the intellectual property of Jamshed Electronics and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
